Beagle Puppies Character
Origins and history:
We know almost nothing about the actual origins of the Beagle. According to some authors , his ancestors could be hunting dogs described by Xenophon in the fourth century BC; similar to a Hound Beagle is also mentioned in a poem by the bard Ossian in the third century. It is certain that small hounds resembling Beagle existed in England at the time of Elizabeth I , in the second half of the fifteenth century. However, the French claiming the origin of the breed argue that these dogs come from their hounds, who arrived in England in the eleventh century by William the Conqueror. Today , this breed is widespread in France, Italy, England, Australia and especially the United States, which account for about one hundred thousand entries per year. However, it is not just hunters because Americans consider it primarily as a companion dog.
Character and abilities:
The Beagle is used for hunting hare , fox and , in some cases, boar : packs consist of six to twenty copies. They say it is the best dog in the world . Gentle with children, it can be a tireless companion of games, it can also be a friend of the elderly.
